The kids get to go on a really small stretch of the river with no rapids. It is really fun to get the kids on the water, but nothing compared to the rapids! This year the water was so high and the river was intense!
We went on our annual river trip with the Royal and Corey Lott families. We always love this trip! We went a day early and had some time to explore. This picture was in front of an amazing waterfall.
The girls were supposed to be sleeping, but they were looking out the window at the neighbors fireworks.
Britany Galovich and her kids, Maya and Kenyon, stayed at out house for a couple of days and we were so busy playing and hanging out, we only had a couple of pictures. It was so fun for our kids to play together! Oh, yeah and lots of fun to hang with Britany. I don't have any pictures of Rowdy's wedding, but it was great to see all the guys together again! Congratulations to Rowdy and Carissa.
We have spent so much time in the water this summer. The kids had 2 weeks of swimming lessons, which they loved. We also have passes to Seven Peaks Water Park. (The kids are comfortable enough with the water to jump right in, but not to swim.) We are having tons of fun. Dayton likes to go with us too. He and Adam really like the slides. I have yet to ride a slide...
Ellee was thrilled with her birthday and the parties. We had breakfast in bed for her birthday and then she had 2 parties. One with family that involved a lot of bug chasing and some bug eating! One with friends that involved lots of water balloons! Thanks to all who made her birthday so special!
We have been to a couple of parades, family BBQ's, a rodeo, neighborhood parties and family parties!
This is the first day of swimming lessons. They are so excited!!!
